The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into an athletic family. The siblings of her played various athletics, including skating and hockey. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports such as basketball, soccer as well as softball prior to getting interested in bodybuilding when she was 15 or so. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha following her win at the NPC USA Championships. However, she began competing in the year 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she ninth. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Aleesha began to improve and eventually be the first professional competitor after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 the bodybuilder completed her best WOS rising-phoenix show in which she finished 4th. But the "World's strongest mom" was forced to stop her training because of her health.
